If you're looking for your home away from home while you are in Austin on business, remodeling or buying/selling your home; Or, just here for an extended vacation, come stay in this 2nd floor, centrally located, comfortable, well-stocked 1 BR/1 Bath condo. The apartment features a king size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is stocked for cooking. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, a toaster oven, coffee maker, measuring cups and spoons, a Nutri-bullet and more! The space Guests have full access to the property's amenities, which include a resort-style pool (a HUGE plus during our Austin summers!), a gym, dog parks, and outdoor spaces for lounging and eating outside. Pets are welcome to join you in our condo. We know they're part of the family! There are multiple dog parks on the property and public on and off-leash dog-parks nearby. We charge a $150 non-refundable pet fee that will be collected upon arrival. Other things to note This unit is tucked back into a courtyard which means you're going to have to walk a little into the complex and up stairs to get to it. Washer and Dryer in unit as well.
