Smaller farm house located on 20 Acres, along with main house. Water is on well - electric ready to be set up on prepaid account - and there is a propane hook up for the stove/oven in place. No central A/C. No fancy extras - but very quiet location. There is a green house and garden area that will be available for use as well as room for 2 horses max. or cows if wanted. Small shed/shop with car cover right next to house as well. Needs to be a responsible individual who is comfortable with animals and capable of keeping things very tidy. The house available for rent is the White single story only! I am sorry for some reason I can not get the other pictures of the main house or that information off of the listing on Zillow. Renter must have references and be willing to allow background check. - It needs to be understood that we live on the property as well, We expect things to be, respected, taken care of and maintained. This applies to our animals as well as any you may bring. We would prefer single persons or family without very young children. (can be a concern with the horses and such)
