There will be 3 tenants total who share this 3brm, 2 1/2 bathroom house. The 2nd Fl bedroom tenant shares a bathroom with 1 other roommate that is located on the 2nd Fl. The first floor also contains hardwood floors throughout. There is a basement strictly for storage which all three roommates have equal share of. There is a laundry room for all 3 roommates located on the second floor. All roommates share a very spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is newly rennovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a driveway outback with access through a sliding door.
