Hardwood floors on the main floor with tile and carpet on the terrace level. Large deck overlooking the lake with a nice, gentle walk to the lake. Grass to the shoreline with a large, open, flat area next to the lake. Utilities included. Lawn is routinely mowed, edged, and blown at homeowner's expense. Renter is responsible for maintaining the yard and surrounding areas. Smoking not allowed in the house. If you choose to smoke outside, butts, etc must be disposed of properly and not tossed in the yard, etc. Looking for well behaved couple/small family. Gatherings smaller than 10 people are allowed occasionally but not routinely. There are a number of reasons for this including respecting our nice neighbors. Homeowner's boat will occupy the boat slip and boat lift. If you have a boat, you are more than welcome to tie it to the upstream side of the boat dock. Homeowner requests that their family be allowed to come use the dock, backyard, and downstairs a few times during the summer.
