The room comes furnished with a Full bed, linens, wall-to-wall closet space, full-length mirror, and a dresser. The room also has a private bathroom across the hall, as well as full-sized washer & dryer in-unit. The public space boasts a beautiful eat-in kitchen with open concept to the living room. The building is only 10 years old, and everything is constructed with care and quality. We handle all maintenance immediately, as we live onsite, and all utilities are included in the price. The building roof deck has a beautiful 360 deg view of the city, which includes a private space per apartment, dining furniture, a gas grill, and an easy expandable umbrella. The building has an elevator, and protected delivery space so packages and mail don't get stolen. The apartment has central AC/heating, and we use high quality HVAC filters as we do have one geriatric cat. Please remember this is our home, be considerate of how you treat the space.
