The amenities in the apartment, kitchen, bathroom cabinets are old but usable and I have no intention to upgrade them. Fridge, stove, toilets are new. The building itself is fairly large and has many more amenities such as basketball, tennis courts, playground, community room etc. The building also has doorman and security so it's safe and convenient. The location has easy access to shops, restaurants in the area and public transportation to NYC. Credit report is required and please do not apply if credit score is low. 1. Base rent $2200 per month with one month security deposit. 2. The listing doesn't allow custom length, but this is a 2 years only lease and if renewing, it's also 2 years. 3. Utility wise, gas and water are already included. Renter pays electricity (PSEG) and cable TV and/or Internet on their own. 4. Parking is $50 per month for each car and it's not included in monthly rent. 5. Like many other apartment buildings, there is a one time application fee of $150 and move in/out fee of $200. 6. Swimming pool and BBQ area opens during summer and there is a fee for membership. If you like great location with good amount of apartment space, amenities and doesn't mind older apartments comparing to the lot more expensive brand new ones, then this is the right choice.
