Hi, this is a nice studio furnished simply but well and located in a very convenient place. Don't get the owner wrong, but only females are welcome to share half of the studio because the owner is a young lady. The exact way of sharing the room can be negotiated a lot and the owner is easy-going. Everything you see in the pictures is new furniture I have equipped till now.All utilities are included except cable. Lease term can be very flexible. Such way of rental is quite convenient, for female travelers to the D.C area or graduates coming for job interviews etc. may be in need of such a place to stay.
