Everglades House is located in Harbor Inlet, a secluded, upscale neighborhood next to the entrance to Port Everglades. Designed by Charles McKirahan, AIA, who is noted for his body of Moderism work, the building is a gently curved Mid-Century Modern slab with all of its units extending through the width of the building, thus offering views of the Atlantic Ocean, "the cut" into the port, and the city skyline. All-new hurricane glass throughout (2020) and hurricane sliders onto the balcony (2019).
