The unit in on 2nd floor; includes bedding, Wi Fi, Cables, Large Flat TV, A/C, Micro + Small Fridge (no kitchen in the unit; 'real' cooking allowed in the main kitchen of the house, at the 1st floor). All Utilities included (but there is a max $45 monthly allowance for A/C, to use it responsibly). Private parking. The location is near PA Capitol (10-15 Minutes), Hershey (25 Minutes) and Gettysburg and Amish Country (40 Minutes). This furnished Guest Room unit will give you the equivalent of any commercial place in the area that would charge $60-80 per night.
