Though the county records indicate this home to be a 3 BR, 1 BA, we recently converted our basement into a newly remodeled living area, adding another bedroom and another bathroom to our property (sans permit; therefore, square footage will not increase in public county records). Also, EVERYTHING has been updated since we moved in: carpet, paint, doors, windows, kitchen, bathroom, and a brand new lawn and garden. There is also TONS of storage space unaccounted for; a whole workshop with its own entrance in the remodeled downstairs unit, and yet another storage space with its own entrance through the downstairs bedroom. Neighborhood Description My favorite part of living here is the neighbors! Absolutely friendly, considerate, and caring people several houses to the left and to the right. Most of them are new to the neighborhood themselves and are in their early thirties to late fourties. My wife and I recently had a baby and 4 of our neighbors dropped off gifts and visited us. We hosted an inaugural once-a-year neighborhood barbeque in our backyard. We talk on weekends. We share tools and other equipments. We swap lawn care tips. We mow each others' lawns (no joke!) If my wife and I were to ever leave, the hardest part about leaving would be the people we leave behind. Furthermore, we live at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it's VERY quiet here. The only traffic we hear is the occasional car U-turning. We also live 1/2 block from Creekside Middle School and the adjacent park with flowing hills, barbeque area, swings, soccer field, etc.
