No roommate. - Located in a well-managed community close to SAIL High School. On-site amenities include pool, laundry, parking and more. - Pet friendly. - Outside smoke - Unfurnished (negotiable). - Rent is $600, including internet and cable. Other utilities are paid separately. $600 is all you need to move in if you satisfy the conditions described below. If you renew, the rent will be reduced to $595 since August, but a $240 yearly Resident Shield fee will be assessed. - It is required by the community you tour the apartment to make sure you know what it looks like. The conditions to take the apartment are: 1) income is 3x the rent ($1800+ /m), 2) 550+ credit score, 3) pass a criminal background check, 4) no evictions in past 7 years, 5) don't owe other rental/utilities, 6) less than $10,000 in debt.
