No-water-use back and front yards for minimal upkeep. Simple, modern interior design. - UTILITIES: Renters will be responsible for all utilities. New 2024 efficient heat-pump/electric hybrid water heater, 2024 solar panels for low or maybe even no electricity bills, efficient gas heating via central air for the winter, and central air A/C for the summers! Fiber-optic wifi is hooked up and ready, making this home especially easy to work from. WASHER AND DRYER ARE INCLUDED. - STORAGE: 2-car garage with electricity and lighting, as well as an additional shed out back, gives you ample storage for bikes, tents, woodworking, tools, etc. - TRANSPORTATION: Being 2 blocks from the nearest bus stop also makes this a great location for folks who use the Maxline for transportation around town or to school. - We will happily allow up to 4 dogs (so long as they are generally OK with other dogs, as all of the neighbors have them) of any size but unfortunately cannot allow cats. (No additional deposit or fee for pets.) - LEASE LENGTH: We will consider a 2+month lease starting December 1st, December 15th, or January 1st. - SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit will be due upon signing the lease. This is the very first home we have ever owned, and we are a local couple renting it out, not a management team or corporation! We are dedicated to being responsible, communicative landlords and are looking for a responsible individual or couple to live here and reciprocate. There are currently renters in the home, so we can coordinate with you to pick a time to pop in for a tour, but please do not go by without coordinating with us to respect their privacy. Thank you! We look forward to hearing from you! Looking for a month to month, with a minimum of 2 month commitment starting essentially as soon as possible. Renter will pay and manage the bills for water, gas, trash/recycling, wifi, and electric. Electric is expected to be zero or minimal, as there is 1 year old solar on the roof. Up to 4 dogs (must be people-friendly) of any size allowed. No pet fee required. NO CATS, sorry! Security deposit is due at lease signing. MUST BE A RESPONSIBLE AND COMMUNICATIVE COUPLE/ INDIVIDUAL.
