WASHER AND DRYER ARE INCLUDED. - STORAGE: 2-car garage with electricity and lighting, as well as an additional shed out back, gives you ample storage for bikes, tents, woodworking, tools, etc. - TRANSPORTATION: Being 2 blocks from the nearest bus stop also makes this a great location for folks who use the Maxline for transportation around town or to school. - We will happily allow up to 4 dogs (so long as they are generally OK with other dogs, as all of the neighbors have them) of any size but unfortunately cannot allow cats. (No additional deposit or fee for pets.) - LEASE LENGTH: We will consider a 2+month lease starting December 1st, December 15th, or January 1st. - SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit will be due upon signing the lease.
