Neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. Everybody takes pride in the way their houses and yards look. The HOA only charges $65 per year and they have activities for the residents (Halloween parties, Christmas parties, etc). We absolutely love it here. It is a perfect place for families. The schools are some of the higher rated. HVAC Ducting replaced, 2nd HVAC zone installed. Repainted exterior, pipe boots on roof replaced. Engineered wood flooring on almost entire 1st floor.
