Very nice place for a family. Very close to Salesianum High School (1/2 a block). Elementary Public school one block away. Wilmington Little League one block away. Friends School is 3/4 of a mile away, possible to walk to Friends school. Acme is one mile away in Trolley Square. Access to I-95 is 3/4 of a mile, 30 to 40 mins drive to Philly. Downtown Christiana Care Hospital is one mile away. Downtown Wilmington less than 5 minutes drive. The Zoo for kids is a 10 minute walk. The place is heated by Mitsubishi Heating/Cooling system in each individual room. If controlled CORRECTLY it is very efficient monetarily. If left running all day with out care it can be expensive. I need renters to be aware of that. You do have a finished basement and a garage that connects to the house. The place has a half bathroom on the living room floor. Other floors have full bathroom on each floor, so 2.5 bathrooms total. There are three floors to house. No Backyard. The Neighborhood is known as "The Triangle"! Very Good Neighbors and peaceful place. Prefer people that will rent for two years. Looking for a family. Absolutely not to be rented per room. Not to be rented to friends and family. No sub-leasing! This is a quite neighborhood and the renters should reflect the neighborhood personality.
