Downstairs, there are three more bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed in the lower sitting room. There are two outside decks, one on each level, each with ocean views. The house has all the essential amenities like AC, WiFi, BBQ and a washer/dryer. In the two car garage, there is also a shower for rinsing off after the beach. Fresh linen, towel service and bed-making service is provided for an additional fee. With an easy walk to nearby restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops, mini-golf, bakery, pizza, deli, grocery and a sports bar, you are sure to have a memorable Jersey shore vacation. Non-smoking home. No pets permitted. No weddings, prom, live music or large parties. Limited number of weekly rentals available in July and August. House is thoroughly cleaned each week during the Saturday turnover. Book now and enjoy everything this north Surf City house has to offer. Weekly rentals only during the summer - Saturday to Saturday. Check-in at 3pm, check-out the following Saturday at 10am. $500 fee is for fresh linen and towel service. Beds are made the day you arrive and you do not need to strip the beds when you leave. Guests are expected to leave the house in the same condition it was in at arrival - all trash/recycling outside, dishes clean and put away, etc. Excess cleaning will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Maximum of four (4) cars permitted - two in the garage and two in the driveway. No pets, no smokling, no parties or live music.
