In the living room, you have a Sofa that turns into a queen bed, a chair that turns into single bed in living room (for child ONLY) We love the location of our condo, it is not in the busy/crazy high tourist area. We opted for something that feels a bit homier and boutique vibe versus mega-resort. Many of the guests you see in the building live here full-time. So, close enough to enjoy everything but far enough away that you can come and relax and unwind. It is about 1.4 miles from the Family Kingdom. We are less than 2 miles to the airport, The Market Common, Myrtle Beach State Park, Boardwalk, shopping, and more! In our building: Brand new Italian restaurant/family-owned and operated. There are 5 pools, 3 jacuzzi's, corn hole games, a mini arcade, multiple laundry facilities, a workout room, and free parking. You will also find beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach bag all ready for your days at the beach. Two SMART T.V.'s with cable, fresh linens and towels, coffees/teas, and sugar ready to go to start your day. There is a full kitchen/stove/oven/microwave stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, and utensils. Our condo is the best of both worlds....we have the quiet end unit = the best views. It's on the opposite side of the building from all the pools. Experiencing true relaxing and "chill" time yet close to all the amenities we have to offer. Experience uninterrupted ocean views, hearing the waves at your feet morning, noon, and night... with a cup of joe, a glass of wine or curl up with a good book. Also, enjoy our amazing new fireplace for ambiance or on chilly nights in the winter. Watch the dolphins play in the surf from our balcony in the morning and sunset.
