Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath beach front condo in the beautiful beach front resort of Blue Water Resort on Myrtle Beach, SC!! This condo is well taken care of and has many beach accents. You will then step out on your balcony where you will not only hear the waves crashing on the shore, but you will see them too!! This gorgeous condo over looks 2 of their many pools available to guests. One of the pools is heated and you can swim from the pool that is inside, to the pool that is outside! After spending the day at the beach and the multiple pools, or fitness room or just hanging out at the tiki bar, come back to your condo for a wonderful multi-jet shower! This condo sleeps 4. King bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed. All utilities (electric, internet, cable) all included in your rent! Building has 24 hour security. Must have card or code to enter building. Very secure property! Laundry on site for a fee. Walmart market about 2 min drive a way! Many restaurants (including one onsite), and things to do. Book your stay today!! This I a month to month lease. Renters must give a 30 day notice before departure date or they forfeit all deposits. Deposits include, $1000 security deposit $100 card entry in the building and 4 pool wrist bands. All 3 refundable if condo left the same as when you moved in, and access card, parking pass and 4 pool wrist bands are left in unit and not damaged. A one time $150 non refundable cleaning fee. Garbage must be taken bagged to the garbage shute on the 4th floor. Note: This rental amount is good until the end of April 2025. Lease is month to month The monthly rate will be $2000/ mo for May, June, July and August 2025. Also, we do not live near the condo. So we will not be able to show the property prior to renting.
