With the beach just steps away and Myrtle Beach's best dining, shopping, and entertainment only minutes from your door, this condo has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Local attractions include Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel Myrtle Beach, Alabama Theatre, Tanger Outlet Mall, Ripley's Aquarium and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, which is 5 blocks away. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a charge for any cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Wednesday for Tower floors 2nd to 9th, and on the 3rd Wednesday for Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2. There are 3 elevators in the building; please check the signs to make sure you're using the one that takes you to your floor. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking.
