This is a mother-in-law suite on the bottom floor of the house. The house is located just a few blocks north of the Taylorsville Salt Lake Community College location, close to the freeways and shopping! Great access to Bangerter. Nice & quiet Taylorsville area. The mother-in-law features 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom, open-concept kitchen and living room space, and washer/dryer room* (*the washer/dryer is shared with the upstairs tenants). The space also has a private entrance and includes 2 uncovered parking spots. Each of the bedrooms has a closet, and there is also storage space under the stairs. **IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE The washer and dryer are shared with the upstairs. We will agree on 1-2 days during which we are able to do laundry. Plus, we will need access for any emergencies as needed. There is only 1 thermostat for the entire home, which is located upstairs. We keep the temperature around 66-70 in the winter, and 67-68 in the summer. It does tend to get colder in the winter so we do suggest you get a space heater. APPLIANCES: Refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer and dryer (shared with upstairs tenants) RENT: $1500, which includes all utilities (water, electrical, gas, and internet). Pet fee is not included in the rent and there will be a pet fee per pet. If there are any holes/dents/stains/etc., on the wall that require the walls to be spackled and painted, the cost of the repairs will come out of your deposit. Non-negotiable is the cleaning of carpets upon move-out. $100 will be taken out of your deposit for the cleaning.
