The rowhome is a recently-renovated 3 story home in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Baltimore, Butchers Hill. Ideally located walking distance to Hopkins, Patterson park, and Fells Point. You will be sharing the Some of the highlights! -Extra wide for a row-home (15ft!) plus high ceilings and lots of light! -New washer & dryer steps from the room - High end appliances (not cheap rental stuff) -Rooftop deck with a view of the water! - Back patio with a large garden -Parking is easy and always available in this neighborhood! - Neighborhood is amazing, right between Ministry of brewing and Charmed, 2 blocks to Patterson park, and a few blocks to Hopkins. You'll be living with my old roommate Josh, who just turned 26. He's a really kind guy, ultra clean and organized, who values empathy and communication, so if there are any issues the lines of communication are always wide open. He's also super quiet and the best roommate I've ever had (seriously). He has the whole top floor bedroom and office, so you will have a lot of space and privacy in your own space (the 2nd floor). The central AC and heat are all brand new and work well. Since you are on the second floor temperature is well regulated. Utility split will be negotiated with current tenant, but usually run ~350/mo for the whole house. This is my home that I'm renting out (I'm moving in with my girlfriend) so I'd love to find a renter who appreciates the house like I do. I want to make it a comfortable, easy living situation for everyone - I'll only be a few blocks away in fells if any issues arise for whatever reason you can always reach me.
