Thank you for your interest in The Pointe Apartments. We are in Burlington and only minutes from Alamance Crossing. We currently have 1,2- and 3-bedroom garden style homes. Our application fee is $50.00 per adult and our administrative fee is $150.00. Both are due with application submission and are one-time non-refundable fees. The Pointe Apartments is a pet friendly community! Will you be bringing a four-legged friend with you? If so, our pet policy consists of a $300 non-refundable pet fee ($500 for 2 pets) and $25.00 monthly pet rent, per pet (2 pet maximum). 12-month lease, Water/Sewer sub-metered dependent on usage, Proof of electric utility required.
