I'm looking for a roommate for a Brighton apartment starting on 9/1. The apartment is at 2003 Commonwealth Ave, right near the B Line/South Street stop, with easy access to Cleveland Circle, Reservoir, Boston College, Chestnut Hill Reservoir, restaurants, shops, buses. It's a really convenient location if you commute by public transit or spend a lot of time around Brighton, Brookline, Allston, BC, or want to get to Fenway or downtown Boston. The apartment is a 2 bed / 1 bath and the common areas are already fully furnished, so you would only need to furnish your own bedroom. Your room is pictured (though it will be empty). Rent would be $1300 per month ($2600 split evenly), plus utilities. Heat is included in the rent. Lease would run a year starting on 9/1. My current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease, and like the apartment/location, so I'm planning to renew with a new roommate. Looking for someone who is chill, clean, and pays bills on time. Not super picky other than that--I've lived with all kinds of roommates. No pets, per the lease.
