I'm just starting this so watch for info. Zillow has incorrect "facts" listed that I'm currently trying to get corrected. The dollar amount of the last sale is wrong as well as the assessed taxes. This was right at a quarter million dollar home ($223,534) in 2006 according to the Volusia County Property Appraiser's office. I had POMEROY APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES OF FLORIDA, INC do an official appraisal (I have it still) in August of 2011 and it was $130,000.00 then at the height of the recession. This is a very special home and if I start talking about all of the points and features that set this home apart from others in this area I might just talk myself out of selling it. -lol- Wesee, I suppose...
