The following work was done during the end of 2013 and 2014: New roof installed with new skylights installed; front porch expanded and added wall and ceramic tile to the floor; rear porch expanded with wall added and ceramic tile used on flooring;carpet was replaced with ceramic tile throughout the house; interior of house was painted; laundry room was finished and converted to a combination office (that can also be used as a spared bedroom) in addition to laundry room and office; family room extra large double sliding glass door leading to Arizona room was removed and replaced with a regular size door and remaining wall was closed in; extra large sliding glass door that was located in the Arizona room, leading to the patio was removed and replaced with a regular size door and remaining wall was closed in; the Arizona room was painted and ceramic tile replaced a bared concrete floor; the exterior of house was stucco over the original siding, (exterior walls are of concrete blocks and stucco over) and painted; and single pane windows were replaced with double pane, energy star windows; ceiling fans were installed; additional cabinetry were installed in the garage, and cabinets were also installed in the laundry room. Two wooden posts at front porch were replaced with concrete blocks and covered with brick facing. In addition a 4 X 10 wooden post was placed on top of the concrete posts running the entire length of the patio's overhand in order to provide better support. 2020 New bedroom added with the division of laundry room. Has its own lockable entry door. New vinyl waterproof tile throughout house. Master bathroom updated with tile shower new floor mount stool and new vanity. Second bathroom updated with new tub with ceramic tile surround and new vanity and new floor mount. 5 new ceiling fans. Interior house painted with new molding. New receptacles and switches and coverplates. 2021-Complete kitchen remodel with granite countertops and stone backsplash. All new appliances. Shaker white soft close cabinets. Laundry room remodel with folding counter -granite and new pantry and shaker cabinets. New air conditioning unit installed. 2022-New shingle roof, new patio metal roof, new shed 3x16 added to house, Both porches and driveway coated with kooldeck. New closet and window in bedroom. Newly painted exterior of home.
