I'm looking to rent out a room in my home to help with the rising cost of living. The house was built in 2019 and I've lived here for the past 7 years, so it's a well-established and comfortable place to call home.
I'm looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and easygoing. I'm not looking for a party house or someone who expects to be best friends with their roommate. I'm happy to give you your space and do my own thing, while still keeping the home comfortable and respectful for everyone.
The home is relatively new, comfortable, and has been well taken care of. If you're looking for a relaxed place to live with a friendly roommate and some very welcoming dogs, feel free to reach out and tell me a little about yourself!
Lease Term: This is a 6-month rental agreement beginning on the agreed-upon move-in date.
Pets: No additional pets are permitted without prior approval. The home already has three dogs, and I would prefer not to add additional pets to the household.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and other smoked products. The landlord does vape.
Cleaning & Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for keeping their bedroom and bathroom clean and for cleaning up after themselves and any messes they make in shared areas. The landlord will be responsible for routine yard maintenance.
Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. One garage parking/storage space may also be available.
Shared Areas: The living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, and backyard are shared spaces and should be kept reasonably clean and respectful for everyone.
Noise & Conduct: No illegal activity, excessive or extremely loud noise, or behavior that disrupts the peace and enjoyment of the home will be permitted.
Respect for the Home: Both parties are expected to respect each other's privacy, belongings, and personal space and to maintain a comfortable living environment.
