Owner/General Contractor. Sewer line and interior water line replaced 10+ years. Rinnai W/H installed 8+years. I have rented this property for more than 15 years and will have it for sale on the market for approx. 2 month. If the house does not sell, I will continue to rent it. Please no drastically ( no low ball) reduced offers, I will not respond. This is not a distressed property.
