It has a rambling layout that is the result of several additions over time, with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are large front and side porches, a large living room inside the front door and a dining room leading into the kitchen. Behind the kitchen, there is another large room that could be used in various ways (den, office, bedroom, etc.) and another large unfinished room at the back of the house (in the photos, the floor looks like cement but it is painted wood). The house has a mix of hardwood floors, luxury vinyl planks and tile. The house includes a refrigerator, gas range and has central air conditioning with natural gas heat and water heater. There is a washer/ dryer (however, because we are phasing out providing washers and dryers, in the event such appliances break, they will not be replaced but you may add your own to the hookups). The house sits on a large lot and the backyard is fenced. There is ample parking. This is a walkable neighborhood. Pets may or may not be allowed this is a case-by-case basis depending on the pet and, if a pet is allowed, a non-refundable pet deposit will be required. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities and for taking care of the yard (mowing and keeping tidy). Because we are still cleaning, painting, etc., most of the photos on this listing are from before the last renter and will be updated once the cleaning is completed. We require an application be completed with supporting documents (ID and proof of gross income that is 3X more than rent) before discussing leasing. We do not require renters insurance but it can be a good idea to protect yourself and your belongings.
