Why: I am transferring to MTSU and need, preferably, a UT student to take over my apartment.General: This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a large living room. There is a kitchen with stove, oven, and refrigerator. Located behind Fort Sanders Hospital and within walking distance of campus.Roommate: There is an architecture student living in the apartment as well, of whom you'll never see because he's always working away from the apartment. He's an amazing, easy going, and lovable guy.Details: Overall, rent is $560, but split two-ways will be $280 a person. Water and parking are included and electrical is split (normally about $20 a person). When: I plan on being moved out by Dec. 11; however, I can be moved out much earlier if preferred. Looking to have the lease taken over from Dec.(or Nov. or Jan.) into August (the end of the lease). Please do not hesitate to give me a call to ask questions or to take a tour.
