Hi Guys, Welcome to our building facing Malloy Hall rented to all USF students I'm Nick, a travel journalist, and native San Franciacan. What more can I say, our corner 4 unit building on Fulton at Clayton overlooks Malloy Hall. The current graduating girls will let you in to view the apartments. Both top and bottom two bed two bath are available. The top apartment is very nice, as the kitchen and main bathroom many say are over remodeled for students, but we believe in quality appliances, vanities, and cabinets. The second bathroom is inside the smaller bedroom. The larger of the top unit easily holds two beds. It normally rents for much higher, so there is demand.. What USF student would not want to live right across the street? We will allow up to 4 students in the 2 bed 2 bath with downtown views. 2003 and 2005 Fulton are for rent, lease begins July 1st.
