Our current lease ends February 28th, 2018. New tenant may renew if desired. Management will require a $100 application fee and $100 administration. We have already paid the security deposit as well as 3 pet deposits which will be going to the new tenant rather than back to us. Management does have an aggressive breed restriction and a weight limit of 50 pounds. Water, gas and trash are included in the rent, new tenant will just have to put the electric in their name.
