Cute little cabin just off the Cedar River in Maple Valley. Close to shopping but not to close. Friendly neighbors. Very quite especially when you have had a bad day. Great backyard. Owner pays water and sewer . First and last month required to move in plus $1500 damage deposit.Renter responsible for electric, cable, garbage .This is month by month only but many of residents have stayed with us for many years. Sorry no dogs.
