Renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath in one of Houston's oldest suburb neighborhood with new appliances. The neighbors are kind and tentative with the best schools around. The airport is 10 mins away and the park and ride to Houston in 5mins away. We allow no more than 2 pets since there is doggie doors but no smoking is allowed indoor. We have a washer/dryer on the premises and plenty of private parking. There is River Grove Park down the street where we fish and kayak w boat access to making family memories. There is also East End Park 4 miles away with lovely trails and meadows. Rentor is responsible for all amenities such as water, electricity, gas, internet, and rental insurance. Guests can not stay more than 14 days. Moving in a new person is an automatic rent increase of 500$ Move in conditions are AS IS. Late charges after third day is 125$
