Very nice, quiet and cozy one bedroom. Located on the south end of town but no more then 5-10 minutes to get anywhere in town. Close to bike trails, Dakota Nature Park, the Fishback Soccer Complex, and the Edgebrook Golf Course. I am renting a house starting May 15th and am looking for someone to take over my lease as of June. I am flexible with the move in date as I could be out by the beginning of May if need be. Tenant pays for electricity. None smoking.
