We are located on the backside of Alta Sierra in a quiet neighborhood. The home will be available as of 3/15/19... Rent is $1,800/mo, tenants would also be responsible for Waste Management, PG&E, propane and a small water fee of $30/mo. The security deposit is $1,800 and we will consider one well behaved and well trained dog with an additional deposit. The home includes its own address and mailbox, a washer and dryer, dishwasher and monthly pest control services. The property has a huge garden area and we are open to share that space as well. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the home or on the property, no growing, no drugs. We are looking for someone respectful who is appreciative of a family friendly environment as we have three children who love to play outside, so that is very important to us!
