We have lived here since 1991. It is a comfortable home with good views, especially to the south. It has a larger marble floor entry and broader staircase to the second second floor, making it a gracious and less ordinary home. There is a large palladium window on the second floor landing. The patio has two pergolas, one at the entry and another over the patio. This house is an ongoing project for us, because we try to keep it as perfect as we are able. If we were to describe its impression, it would be Tuscan with a touch of French colonial.
