Looking to find someone to take over my 1-bedroom apartment lease that expires next year 9/15/2020. I currently have a discounted rate on the lease, making it one of the cheapest 1-bedroom apartments in OC. I'm trying to move out by January 1st, 2020. If the next tenant is approved and wants to move in before the 1st we can arrange for that. The current rate for my lease is $1,573.00. Compare this to the current apartment rates and you can see that it is a good deal.
