This first photo is a complete misrepresentation of this house’s current condition. As the former owner I took this picture before it went on the market for 475,000 in the summer of 2016. I lowered the price and sold it to the current owner who has let the yard wither and the wood trim to rot. As well as leaving broken window blinds up. This house is valued, according to Zillow at 568,000 and Zillow has used my photo to inflate the price. Shame on you! You officially have 30 days from today to take down that photograph or I will begin officially taking legal recourse. Not that I’m not already.
