Go to sleep every evening with the sounds of the Pacific Ocean and wake up the next day too the mighty Pacific Ocean in your view. Montara is a Great Family town that is safe for kids. We have two boys and they go out everyday my oldest has learned to surf living in Montara. If you work in the city the commute is non-existence both our boys attend school in the city and my wife worked in the city the commute is easier then when we lived in the city. So enjoy beach living with easy and quick access to city benefits. min 1 year lease but would prefer longer.
