If you have not previously rented, we will require a recommendation from a reputable community member such as a local law enforcement officer, school administrator, clergy of an established congregation, elected official, long-time employer, etc. Screening: We use a third party screening service. All questions on the application must be adequately answered. Your results must return with an Average or above score, and no false information provided. Communication: You must have both an active phone number and email address by which you can be contacted. Identification: You must have a valid, current form of government issued picture identification. We require rent payment to be made electronically through ZEGO Limit of 2 persons per bedroom.
