CS Montgomery is perfect for anyone who wants all the social perks of living in a connected neighborhood, but desires a little more private space. Featuring spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, the highly detailed original custom plaster work lines many of the corridors and makes an appearance in several rooms of this former Masonic Temple. CS Montgomery is pet friendly. Commonspace Work is housed on the lower floors of our building- offering coworking space, conference rooms, and private offices. All Commonspace residents have access to open coworking spaces at Commonspace Work during business hours. All pricing is based on a 12 month lease term, shorter terms are available.
