All leases are month-to-month. We keep it simple: stay as long as we both agree; leave with a 30-day notice. All utilities are shared except electricity.There is a Utility Fee of $150 to cover the shared utility costs of water, gas for the water heater, common area lights, trash and sewer. We prefer to lease to 55+ as it is a lower level apartment.
