We completely renovated this home in 2015, including moving the kitchen to the former sunroom. The inside looks like it came straight out of Joanna & Chip Gaines' show "Fixer Upper". It's beautiful. The kitchen includes custom built inset cabinets (local carpenter built them on site over 3 months), white marble counter tops, brick herringbone floors and aged brass hardware. The house is on a peaceful street, with ocean breezes and a peek-a-boo ocean view. The corner lot offers a huge backyard, as well as a huge front yard with over a dozen 80 year old oak trees offering almost total shade in the summer. It's a dream house. 4 bedrooms, 2 offices (one is attached to the master and could serve as a HUGE master closet or exercise room, in addition to the walk-in-master closet that's already there), a playroom, laundry room, 3.5 baths + the biggest deck you've ever seen that covers the entire backside of the house. Fenced yard. Extensive landscaping. Seperate "man cave" or unfinished tool/work room in the backyard. Great for storing or building stuff. During the 2015 renovation, we also put hardiplank siding on the entire house (formerly had old vinyl siding), added a window to the front facade and the best change came in the master bedroom. We converted an old addition that was boxy and unsightly into a beautiful master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling (previously it had an 8 foot popcorn ceiling), a huge bathroom, an attached office with exterior door and walk in closet.
