Our end unit is one of 11 in Building 1 with parking just out front. We have porch chairs and a table so you can sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. For larger groups, consider also booking our unit no. 9, the Roost, just two doors down. Located in scenic Atlantic Beach, Pelican's Roost offers a laidback coastal lifestyle at an affordable price. The Tom Doe Memorial Public Beach Access which includes parking, bath house facilities, picnic gazebo and playground is also located just a short walk from the Pelican's Roost complex. Outside of the gorgeous beaches and Pelican's Roost guest amenities, visitors will be close to all the action in popular Atlantic Beach. This famed North Carolina beach town borders the historic Fort Macon, and is close to a wealth of cool beach shops and restaurants. Hop across the bridge to visit Morehead City and Beaufort - two pretty inland towns that offer great shopping, dining, and historic and cultural attractions. From these two towns, visitors can also book a ferry or water taxi to the neighboring Shackleford Banks and the Cape Lookout National Seashore for more gorgeous beaches that are uncrowded and always scenic. Visitors will also be a short drive away from the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores as well as an array of fishing charters, mini-golf courses, watersports shops, and other key attractions for having fun in the sun. Head to Emerald Isle or take a day exploring the cool walking trails through the maritime forest. THESE ARE OFF-SEASON RATES THROUGH APRIL. Old Salt at Pelican's Roost is available on a month-to-month basis, up to three months. Our end unit is one of 12 in Building 1 with parking right out front. Rent includes all utilities. Guests must bring their own towels and king sheets; we provide blankets and comforter. Rec room with pool table, foosball and credit-card operated laundry in building. Pelican's Roost is a peaceful, laid-back community. No parties. Absolutely no pets. Pelican's Roost is a non-smoking community. No smoking is allowed either inside the units, on the porch, at the pool or on the grounds. No boat parking. Must have a minimum credit score of 650. $40 registration fee for background, credit checks.
