A wood stove heats the cabin and you pay utilities ( water and electric ). Internet is available. Bring your own fridge, stove, washer and dryer. The property has a small yard with a pomegranate tree and an observation deck on the roof. Bring your dirt bike, off road vehicles and mining equipment as it's all accessible from your front door. The wind blows constantly and the concrete structure makes it much cooler than most in the summertime.
