The main level opens into a warm great room with plush couches, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, DirecTV, DVD/VHS player, CD player, and games for family nights in. The dining area seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The living room flows into the updated kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing meals at home after a day at the lake, on the trails, or on the slopes. The main level includes two bedrooms, both with TVs and wireless DirecTV. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A full bathroom is located between the two rooms. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with two twin beds and a TV/VHS and wireless DirecTV, plus a second full bathroom. At the end of the hall is the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a small lofted area overlooking the living room, with a peek of the lake. Enjoy the fenced backyard and back deck, complete with a patio table and propane BBQ available during the summer months. The yard and pet-friendly setup make this home especially convenient for guests traveling with a dog. Parking is limited to 4 spaces. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus first and last two month's rent is due before Move-In. Please note, this is equal to FOUR MONTHS' RENT DUE BEFORE MOVE IN. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. For shorter ski leases, utilities will be negotiated. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
