Short term stay tenants will have fully furnished rooms with a two-month minimum lease made at a rate of $350/week. If the rental period is longer than three months, the price per month will be less. Short-term lease agreements include all utilities, cable, and internet. Yearly lease tenants have the option of basic cable (normally over $100) for a discounted price of $50/month. Long term lease tenants will not have furnished apartments. These agreements will require one month's rent for a deposit along with the first month's rent. The only utility tenant has is an electric bill. I also have a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment available. It has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large living room.
