The Brick Road Townhouse has been updated throughout! Our 2 bedroom townhouse has all new appliances in the kitchen and furnishings. All bedrooms have extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. Furniture, fixtures, and bathroom are all also brand new. The townhouse is located in the heart of Olde Towne East next to many local restaurants and establishments. Our location offers convenient access to downtown, Convention Center, Short North, Nationwide Children's, and Expo Center! The first floor has living room, dining room, and a gorgeous remodeled kitchen with all the conveniences. The second floor has 1 bedroom a memory foam queen mattress, and one full bathroom. The third floor has a very spacious 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and queen size air mattress. Parking is not an issue at all as we have one off-street parking space next to the house and plenty of on street parking. Our house is tucked away, in a quiet brick street in the Olde Towne East neighborhood. It is a quaint area, just a few minutes east of Downtown Columbus. There are lots of historic homes, and beautiful architecture. Our street is a very quiet street that is full of of lovely neighbors. This is not an area where loud noise is acceptable or tolerated by most of the residents. There are some properties in our area that have been revitalized, and some properties that are still under renovation. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors, but we also understand that some guests may not feel as comfortable in a developing area such as ours. We look forward to hosting and welcoming all guests to our beautiful spot! Tenants pay all utilities. We are open to 6-18 month lease options.
