To ensure sanitary conditions and safety for all, the following house rules apply: 1. No unauthorized pets allowed. Guests with an approved pet will be asked to sign the Pet Agreement form. Please review the House Rules below regarding to pets. 2. No candles or fireworks allowed. 3. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the house. Evidence of these activities will result in a $500 non-refundable recovery fee. 4. Help us keeping the septic lines trouble free, please! Flush toilet paper only. A container for sanitary products, diapers, and paper towels is provided in each bathroom. 5. Complementary dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets for about 5 days are provided. 6. Trash removal is on Wednesdays. Please pull the big black trashcan to the corner of the street (in front of the mailbox) early Wednesday morning or Tuesday evening. Return the trashcan Wednesday afternoon. Trash bags for about 5 days are provided. 7. The Roku TV which is set to accommodate guest preferences. Feel free to enter your account information to watch your favorite shows. Please remember to log out when you leave. 8. The outside grill is on the back porch. Please pull the grill away from the house when in use. Make sure that the gas is turned off at the grill and at the propane tank when you are done. 9. A lawn service will mow biweekly during spring, summer, and fall, and as needed during the winter months. 10. The owners are responsible for paying all utility bills, internet, trash removal, yard service. 11. Included in the monthly rate is a mandatory once per month cleaning - payable by the owner. Additional cleanings can be arranged for $150 per cleaning - payable by the renter, directly to the cleaner when the service is rendered. Pet Owner Responsibilities Pet owners must agree to: Be 100% responsible for their pet's behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times Ensure that their pet's behavior does not interfere with other neighbors Clean up after their pet immediately any time the pet relief area is used or an accident occurs The pet should accompany the owner and should never be left unattended in the house. Under unavoidable circumstances, the pet should be kenneled.
