    Exterior Features: This unit is a Double-Wide, Pre-Manufactured Unit, that is far from being complete. The unit has four Bedrooms, two Full Bathroom, Large Living Room/ Kitchen, Utility Room, and a Large Detached Garage. This unit is in ROUGH condition. The Exterior of the Unit has an A.C. unit. There are two nice Decks one out front and one out back. Coming out the Sliding Door and under the steps of the Back Deck is a Natural Spring. The unit has decent Vinyl Siding, Gutters are there (just need finished), however the Roof DIPS in the middle as well as some patch jobs. One broken window on the front side of unit. There is a nice Concrete Sidewalk leading to a Nice Large One Car Garage. The Left side of the unit has a Gravel Driveway and parking lot leading to the Garage. The Garage has Aluminum Siding a few pieces are missing above the Metal Overhead Door. The Yard has nice Shrubs and Mature trees, nicely maintained. Way out back off the property is a Train Track. Quiet area Vacant Unit across the street. Interior Features: When entering the unit through the Front door you come in to a Large Living Room area, a small Kitchen area (to the far left) with a Sink and small Bladder tank (under the sink) with some water damage on the floor to the right of the sink, nice Sliding doors leading outback, nice wood work around the front window, unfinished floors, walls, and ceilings. Also in the Living room is an Attic Vent the was not properly installed causing DAMAGE to the PARTICLE BOARD floor next to a patch job in the floor finished with tape. To the left of the Kitchen is the Hallway with two Bedrooms with built in drawers (blue bedroom has Panel Box), and main Bathroom, and to the left of the hallway is the third small bedroom has warped walls and no flooring. All of the Bedroom walls have Water Damage, the floors all are damaged, and the ceilings have slight water damage. When entering and going right to the Utility Room and Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom is very nice with sliding mirror closet doors, the walls and ceilings appear to be in decent condition, however there is evidence of water damage on the ceiling near the interior wall. Master Bathroom is complete, however there is NO Shower Head and bad seam over the Large Garden Bathtub, and some of the tiles around the toilet are missing. The Utility Room needs to be redone, it is missing everything, and the floors are week. There are hook ups for everything.
