There are several units available for lease now. We have one bedroom one bathroom units available, as well as two bedroom two bathroom units. They all vary in layout and square footage. Each tenant will have their own private detached garage (12' x 23.5'), which is accessible by code and door opener. Each apartment comes with its own washer and dryer, as well as Bluetooth speaker system in the kitchen. The kitchens are outfitted with painted shaker style cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances (french door refrigerator, microwave, and a below counter beverage cooler) quartz counter tops, and a large kitchen island (3'-6' x 5'-9'). All bathrooms have new porcelain tile and quartz counter tops. Each apartment has beautiful high ceilings (10'10") and new commercial grade roller shades in all windows. We also pride ourselves on security. Each tenant will have Bluetooth credentials/fob for private access to the 3rd floor. It is a great place to live because it is located in the heart of downtown Owasso and is right off of highway 169 - which allows for quick and easy access to Tulsa.
